How It Works

A clear path from first question to ongoing partnership.

Nothing about working with an accountant should feel opaque. At each stage you know what is needed from you, what is underway, and what happens next.

  1. 01

Request an Eagle Eye Financial Review

Tell us what you are facing. A short request is enough to start.

  2. 02

    Complete a Focused Digital Intake

A brief, branching questionnaire — business or individual, and what matters most right now.

  3. 03

    Securely Provide the Required Information

Documents are exchanged through the secure client portal, never by public form or plain email.

  4. 04

Meet With Shelly or the Appropriate Specialist

A working conversation about your position, not a sales presentation.

  5. 05

Receive a Clear Scope and Recommended Path

What is included, what it costs, what happens first, and what is deferred.

  6. 06

    Collaborate Through the Client Portal

Requests, deadlines, deliverables, and open questions stay in one organized place.

Common Questions

Answered before you have to ask.

What is an Eagle Eye Financial Review?
A focused conversation about your current financial position — what your records show, what may need attention, and what your next move should be. It is how every engagement starts, and it is not a sales presentation.
Do I have to be in Cave Creek to work with Eagle Eye?
No. The office is at 6450 E. Cave Creek Road in Cave Creek, Arizona, and the firm also serves clients virtually across Arizona and in multistate situations.
How do I send documents securely?
Through the firm's secure client portal after your review is scheduled. Please never send Social Security numbers, returns, or bank information through a public web form or plain email.
Can Eagle Eye represent me before the IRS?
Yes. Shelly Raab is an Enrolled Agent, which carries practice rights before the IRS, and she handles notices, audits, appeals, and non-filing matters within the firm.
What if I am behind on bookkeeping or unfiled returns?
That is a common starting point, not a disqualifier. Cleanup and back-year filings are part of the work — the review determines the order they should be handled in.
